The first project under the “Zenobe (Zero-Energy Renovation)” initiative, which aims to renovate existing buildings to enhance environmental performance while simultaneously reducing carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions and increasing real estate value. Outdoor weather sensors and temperature‑humidity sensors continuously monitor external conditions, and when the system determines that the environment is optimal, motorized windows open automatically. On tenant floors, indicator lamps invite occupants to let in fresh air — quietly supporting a comfortable, well-ventilated environment for the people working there. Additionally, facility managers can adjust threshold settings and check system status from anywhere via tablets or PC browsers, enabling a modern and efficient management system that eliminates the need for on‑site staffing.
