A newly built villa project designed by Kidosaki Architects Studio. In this expansive residence that also functions as a vacation home, various building systems have been integrated to allow not only simple button-based operation but also control via a smartphone app and voice commands through smart speakers. From pre‑cooling or pre‑heating the space before arrival to activating the waterfall just before welcoming guests, the system creates exceptional experiences that enhance both convenience and hospitality.
