A newly constructed building composed of a clinic floor equipped with an operating room and a residential floor. Through features such as dimmable and tunable lighting, as well as the control of shades and switchable glass, the clinic environment achieves both comfort for clients and efficiency for medical staff. In addition to a refined and comfortable residential space, the project also incorporates a system that enables efficient, centralized management and operation of the building’s facilities.
